For our client, we are looking for a native English speaker who will provide localization, community management and customer support for English speaking countries.
Requisitos mínimos:
What are we looking for?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish will be a plus.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Excellent attention to details.
Desire to learn.
Knowledge of social networks and office tools.
Responsabilidades:
What will you do?
You will be part of one of our game teams and will assist with english localization
You will improve English localization of our games and prepare player communication
You will respond to player inquiries and provide first contact resolution of issues vía email and social media.
